Sales orders are manually created in Dynamics NAV (Navision) with lot items from different batches. As support for the user, our phone sale module can be used for fast entering data direct by the phone call with the customer.
If assortments for different customers or items are created, they can also be used in the order process. The items are either already physically in stock or in transit, both inventory stocks are available in the standard of agilesFood based on Dynamics NAV (Navision).
After sales order creation all relevant documents (freight order, confirmation, inventory order etc.) can be sent via mail or fax automatically. Then the food items will be shipped and by the customer controlled before they put them in their inventory. If the items are not ok, the customer will send a sales claim. After all the order will be invoiced. All sales claims, plan costs and other changes in the order influence the batch account sale.
